INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

 

The base chocolate that we use is farmed in Africa and produced in Belgium. Minimum cocoa & milk percentages, ingredients and allergens (in bold) are provided below:

Milk Chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, minimum milk solids 21.8%): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

Dark Chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 70.5%): cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

White chocolate (minimum cocoa solids 28.1%, minimum milk solids 23%): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
